Although you don't have to be in top notch shape, however I do recommend you to be healthy overall with no major health concerns. There are steep hills and rocks area that you must hike/climb. The faster you go, the faster you can get to the top; but the slower you go, it will feel like forever to get to the finish line. I must say it is much quicker to go back down than to climb…”
