The trip was a washout, in a sense waste of money and time. Since I had paid you it was your responsibility to ensure proper guide. You failed in doing that.”

On receiving the itinerary the night before i realise it didn’t mention going to Ilha Grande as advertised. When I asked for clarity on this i got no response. This was my main reason for booking this trip with Viator, as my hotel had the same trip advertised but without the Ilha grande (and cheaper).…”
